Vegetarian Marshmallows – Where Can I Find Them?

Over Thanksgiving I was asked where one could find vegetarian marshmallows. As you may know, commercially made marshmallows are almost always made with gelatin, which is an animal product. Although “vegetarian gelatin” does exist, it is not used in making commercial marshmallows.

Well, I have searched high and low, and I have at last found a source for not only vegetarian, but vegan marshmallows.

Called “Vegan Sweets Marshmallows”, they are distributed by Pangea Vegan Products out of Rockville, Maryland. And let me tell you, they are tasty!

They have lots of other great products too, including the fabulous Omega-Zen3, the only high potency vegetarian Omega 3 capsules I’ve found anywhere .

They also have clothing, shoes, even guitar straps! All non-leather, although they sometimes do a darned good approximation!

All that as a very long-winded way of saying that you can get vegetarian marshmallows at the Vegan Store.

Bring on the smores!
